MegaRust April Update

MegaRust 2018 is a little over a month away, and we cannot wait to see you May 22-24 at the San Diego Marriott Mission Valley! Here are a few key things to keep in mind as we enter the home stretch:
  • The last day to book your room as part of the MegaRust 2018 room block at the San Diego Marriott Mission Valley is April 21. The standard rate is $179 per night plus taxes and fee and the government rate is $167 per night plus taxes and fees. To reserve by phone, please call: 1 800-842-5329 and refer to MegaRust.
  • The technical agenda for MegaRust 2018 is live on the website: http://www.navalengineers.org/Symposia/MegaRust-2018 .
  • The MegaRust 2018 app is live! To download the event app, please search on "ASNE" in the iOS App Store or Google Play, or visit https://attendify.com/app/e4ej8x/. With the app installed, you can then opt to "Join" the MegaRust event (or peruse other upcoming ASNE symposia). There is no cost for the ASNE app, but users are prompted to create a username and password, separate from that which you use on the ASNE website.
  • Exhibitor demand for this event is so great, we've added a handful more tabletop spaces. Contact Erica Cox, ecox@navalengineers.org, for more information.
  • Looking for professional development during MegaRust? PDH certificates are provided upon request to ASNE members at no-cost, and for a nominal fee for non-members.
