Presenters and panelists - please use the below forms to register for this event and identify which day you are presenting.

Registration rates:

ASNE Members - $350 through 3 December, $410 after

Non-ASNE Members - $475 through 3 December, $535 after

Refunds for cancellations will not be given after 3 December.  Prior to 1 November, a $60 fee will apply to all refunds.  There will be a $25 fee to transfer a registration to another name.

Special pricing for those that want to attend and join ASNE. See attached forms below. Special discount of free admission for active duty military in uniform and full time, undergraduate students.
