Classified Session on Wednesday May 24th Requirements

In conjunction with the symposium, NSWCCD-SSES is offering a classified briefing.  For those attendees who wish to attend the classified briefing session at NSWCCD-SSES (Bldg 77L) on Wednesday May 24th, you must send a visit request with the following information:

Attendee’s full name, Social Security Number, Place of Birth/Date of Birth, Citizenship, Clearance Level, Reason and Date of Visit

Location: Bldg 77L, POC: John Gerwig

The above information must be on company letterhead and the person who signs the visit request can not be included on the request.  It should be sent to: NSWCCD-SSES, 5001 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19112-1403, Attn: Security Office

The request must be faxed to the following three numbers at NSWCCD-SSES:

Security Office at (215) 897-8972: Badge and Decal Office at (215) 897-3487 and John Gerwig, Code 983 at (215) 897-8936.

A picture ID issued by a government agency will be required to attend the classified session.  No electronic devices, no paper copies and no notes will be allowed during the session.
