Symposium Concept
The evolution of High Speed Craft technology represents
a cornerstone in the transformation of the Navy's fleet into a littoral capable
Navy comprised of faster, more stable, shallow draft ships. As the Navy evolves
to meet the requirements of the 21st century sailor, a number of bold and
innovative technologies are being introduced. The 2005 High Speed/High Performance
Ship and Craft Symposium provides a venue for the key players and technology
leaders to collaborate and discuss upcoming challenges.
