Rates, Reservations, and Cancellation

 

Rates, Reservations, and Cancellations  A 10’ x 9’ booth is $1,000.  All applications for exhibit space must be accompanied by a 50% deposit.  Full payment must be received by March 14, 2008.  Booth fee includes one 10-foot by 9-foot booth with back drape, side drape, six foot draped table, chair, wastebasket, listing on our website with an option of a direct link, and a listing in the onsite program. Utilities and cost of carpeting for your space is the exhibitor’s responsibility.

 

Upon acceptance of an application by ASNE, it shall be a legally binding contract between the exhibitor and ASNE; provided that either party may cancel this contract on condition that written notice of such cancellation is received by the other party at least 60 days prior to the scheduled opening date of the show as provided herein.  The amount of rental fee paid that will be refunded is based on cancellation date and only on condition that such cancellation is made in writing and approved by ASNE.  The following policy applies:

 

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $100 per booth will be charged if the exhibit is cancelled from the point of receipt by ASNE through 61 days prior to the symposium.  Cancellation between 60 and 30 days prior to the symposium will result in forfeit of the 50% deposit.  Cancellation 29 days or less will result in forfeit of entire fee.
