Call for Papers & Presentations The following events provide an opportunity for working engineers to share Electric Machines Technology Symposium (EMTS) is scheduled for August 12-13, 2008 at the Independence Seaport Museum at Penn's Landing and technical papers or presentation proposals are requested by 2 June 2008. Call for Technical Papers/Presentations Advanced Naval Propulsion Symposium 2008 is being planned for December 15-16, 2008 to be held at the Westin Arlington Gateway. Proposals are extended and are requested by 30 June 2008. Please review the Call for Papers/Presentations for additional information. Call for Papers/Presentations ASNE is a co-sponsor and global partner for the World Maritime Technology Conference & Exhibition with the theme of Perceptions and Visions that is scheduled for 21-24 January 2009 to be held in Mumbai, India. To get more information you may visit the website www.wmtc2009.com and please consider submitting an abstract by 15 May 2008 using the following Paper Preparation Form. ASNE & SNAME are co-sponsoring an Electric Ship Design Symposium that will be an International event to be held in February 2009 at the new Gaylord National Resort at National Harbor, Maryland.
