The Advanced Machinery Technology Symposium 2016 (formerly EMTS) is a biennial conference that provides the naval engineering community with the technical presentations, expert panels, and networking opportunities to keep abreast of the Navy’s progress and remaining challenges in developing and providing smaller, simpler, more affordable, and more capable power systems for future Navy ships. April 22, 2016 - Final Papers & Copyright Release Due
May 13, 2016 - Final Presentations & Biographies Due

Abstract Submission Information

One page, 200 word maximum abstracts should be submitted in MS Word format or Adobe PDF as an attachment to an email to Greg Anderson at gregory.w.anderson@navy.mil. Please use subject line “ASNE Abstract—(Name of principal author)”

Abstracts should include:

  • Proposed title
  • Authors’ names and organizations
  • For primary point of contact: Mailing address, Phone number, and Email address
  • Written description in sufficient detail for review by the Technical Papers Committee, including a problem statement or introduction, an outline of key points, and conclusions or recommendations.
