CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS, AND REFUNDS: All cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing. Cancellations will not be accepted after May 24, 2011. Cancellations received through May 24, are subject to a $60 fee. After May 24, cancellation or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of entire registration fee. Transfers: A $100 fee will be assessed to any transfer of registration plus any difference in rate type.
Submission of registration form, whether online or via email, fax, phone, or mail constitutes registration. In the event a credit card is declined, a PO Number is not received, or payment is not obtained for any other reason, the individual or organization is still responsible for payment unless a written cancellation is submitted in accordance with the cancellation policy.
