Call for Papers Status: CLOSED

With high operational demands and increasingly constrained maintenance and acquisition budgets the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard are challenged to provide and sustain the forces that are required to fulfill our nation’s interests whenever necessary anywhere around the world. Our nation needs a flexible, adaptive and agile force structure with robust military systems that are highly capable and readily interoperable with other U.S. and coalition forces. To meet these challenges, new approaches and new ways of thinking are necessary to provide ships and warfare systems that are both capable and affordable.
