The ASNE President’s Club is pleased to announce that our guest speaker for this event is Dr. John Zangardi, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Command, Control, Communications & Computers, Information Operations, and Space. This wide-ranging portfolio gives Dr. Zangardi oversight responsibility for programs that touch virtually every warfighting and business enterprise in the US Navy and, thus, every aspect of our businesses. He will be providing an overview of major programs and initiatives, as well as insights into the challenges of developing, fielding, and supporting solutions in this era of budget constraints and evolving international relationships.
