Meredith has over a decade of experience working with specialty tapes and their various uses. She has extensive knowledge in surface finishing and their masking challenges. She has worked with customers globally helping to improve their process results with 3M tape solutions.
Paul supports 3M Industrial Adhesives and Tape division’s entire bonding continuum and has a great technical knowledge of the methods that 3M uses to qualify its bonding products. He is heavily involved training of sales teams and enjoys working directly with customers to solve bonding related challenges. He currently has a direct focus on accounts located within California and Texas.
