Student Program and FLEET Capstone

ASNE and the Delaware Valley Section are exceedingly proud to offer a robust student program at the Intelligent Ships Symposium.  Special features of this year's student program include SeaPerch project demonstrations, a capstone to this year's FLEET programming, and a student-only conversation with NSWC-Philadelphia commanding officer CAPT Francis Spencer.

1020-1100 STEM Discussion with CAPT Francis Spencer (Montgomery)
1100-1130 SeaPerch demonstrations
1130-1230 Lunch
1230-1500 FLEET competition/gaming (Montgomery)
1500-1640 Tour (as able)
1640-1800 ISS Reception (as able) with announcement and presentation of FLEET competition winners

Interested students/educators should reach out to ASNE Educator in Residence Cheryl Long at clong@navalengineers.org.  Should funding preclude attendance, travel mini-grants to participate in this FLEET capstone event are available to qualifying students/institutions.
