American Society of Naval Engineers Upcoming Events

Throughout the year, ASNE offers numerous symposia covering a wide range of topics that are important for our diverse naval engineering community.   Groups of 25-49 paid attendees: 10% discount
Groups of 50-99 paid attendee: 20% discount
     Groups of 100-200 paid attendee: 25% discount
   Groups over 200 paid attendees: 33% discount

*Restriction: Discount does not apply to membership and cannot be combined with other offers.  All individuals must be registered for the same event at the applicable price point and on one invoice. $0 registrations are excluded from the group count for discount purposes. Terms & Conditions for ASNE Event Attendee Cancellation of Registration.**PLEASE READ BEFORE PAYING YOUR REGISTRATION FEE**
Payment of Registration Fee is the confirmation of agreement to the ASNE Terms & Conditions. All cancellations or transfer must be in writing.

For U.S. Government Employees (Active-Duty DOD, DHS, NOAA personnel, and Civilians):
Cancellation of registration:
* If the request is received in writing greater than 7 days prior to the start of an ASNE event, full 100% registration fee refunds are provided for Active-Duty DOD, DHS, NOAA personnel, U.S. Government Service Civilians.  ASNE must confirm Food & Beverage numbers 7 days prior to any event and incurs charges for confirmed attendees.
** If an event registration is cancelled in writing 7 days or less, a 33% registration cancellation fee applies [due to committed Food & Beverage contract charges].
*** If a registrations is cancelled  -- after-- the start of the Symposium, or if the confirmed registrant is a no-show, no refund will be authorized.
Transfer of registration fee to another person is authorized. Request must be in writing greater than 7 days before the published start of the symposium.

For ASNE Members:
* If the request is received in writing greater than 7 days prior to the start of an ASNE event,  (the 7-day pre-event Food & Beverage date where ASNE must provide attendee numbers to the contracted caterers), full refunds can be provided.  
**If an event registration is cancelled in writing 7 days or less, a 33% registration cancellation fee applies [due to committed Food & Beverage contract charges], the rest of the registration fee can be refunded to the ASNE member.
*** If a registrations is cancelled  -- after-- the start of the Symposium, or if the confirmed registrant is a no-show, no refund will be authorized.

For Non-ASNE Members:
Cancelled Attendee Registration fees for non-ASNE members will be transferred to a future ASNE symposium or event.  
* If the request is received in writing greater than 7 days prior to the start of an ASNE event, (the 7-day pre-event Food & Beverage date where ASNE must provide attendee numbers to the contracted caterers), Registration fees for non-ASNE members will be transferred to a future ASNE symposium or event. 
**If an event registration is cancelled in writing 7 days or less, a 33% registration cancellation fee applies [due to committed Food & Beverage contract charges], the rest of the registration fee can be applied to a future event or can be donated to ASNE.
*** If a registrations is cancelled  -- after-- the start of the Symposium, or if the confirmed registrant is a no-show, no refund will be authorized.
