Eric Mscisz, Delaware Valley Section Chair, was presented with the ASNE 2015 Rosenblatt Young Naval Engineer Award during ASNE Day 2016. He received this award for his significant accomplishments in the area of fluid and auxiliary systems automation and is one of the top innovators in this area for the Navy. Read more

Marine Systems I

The Marine Systems I short course is an introductory course to familiarize new technical and non-technical personnel with the basics of ship systems. Students will be introduced to the primary ship systems including system functionality and purpose as well as examples of typical components, arrangements, and interaction with other ship systems.
Marine Systems II
May 24, 2016
The second part of the marine systems series is designed to provide the naval engineering professional a basic understanding of the underlying principles used in the design of complex systems for maintenance and the development and execution of the maintenance processes. It also provides an overview of current industry practices.
