Throughout the year, ASNE hosts symposia on the topics that matter most to the naval engineering community, from emerging technologies and fleet maintenance and modernization to corrosion mitigation, advanced machinery, systems, research, and acquisition.

Restrictions: Discount does not apply to membership and cannot be combined with other offers. All attendees must be registered for the same event, at the applicable rate, on one invoice. Complimentary ($0) registrations do not count toward the group total.

Up to 40% off sponsorships and 25% off exhibits, depending on partnership level.

Additional Registrations

Up to seven additional complimentary registrations at symposia your organization sponsors.

Employee Memberships

Complimentary digital ASNE memberships for up to 12 employees, keeping your team eligible for complimentary event registrations.

Partnership levels start at $1,000 for non-profits, universities, government agencies, and small businesses, and include advertising in the Naval Engineers Journal, website and social media recognition, and sponsored webinars. Each partnership runs for one year from the date payment is received.

Event Policies

Code of Conduct

ASNE is committed to a professional environment free of bias, discrimination, and harassment at every Society meeting and event, for attendees, volunteers, staff, and guests alike.

If you experience or observe conduct that may violate this policy, please contact the ASNE Chief Executive Officer, the Symposia Planning Committee Chairperson, or any ASNE staff member right away.

Violations may result in removal from the event or denial of access to future ASNE events. No refunds are issued to participants asked to leave under this policy.

Beware of Third-Party Solicitations

ASNE does not rent, sell, or share attendee, exhibitor, or sponsor lists, and does not work with outside housing bureaus or travel services unless one is named on an official ASNE event page.

If someone contacts you offering hotel rooms or attendee lists on behalf of ASNE, please don’t share personal or payment information. Forward the message to CEO@navalengineers.org so we can report it.

Registration Terms

Registration, cancellation, refund, and transfer policies, along with complimentary registration guidelines, apply to all ASNE symposia. Submitting a registration confirms your agreement to these terms, so please review them before you register.
