CAPT Hemminger brings extensive experience across surface ship maintenance, engineering duty, repair, diving and salvage operations, fleet maintenance, and waterfront operations. His current role leading MARMC provides an excellent opportunity for our ASNE community to hear directly about the maintenance mission, regional priorities, and the critical work supporting fleet readiness.
