Overview:

This webinar will be a discussion of Washington College's desire to create a web presence that creates a directory of electric boat teams that showcases their accomplishments and members. There will also be time for teams to discuss interest in leveraging purchasing power to acquire reputable materials at bulk costs.

Presenter's Biography

Brian Palmer, Director, Digital Media Services

Washington College

Many of you met Brian Palmer as the guy with the trustworthy chaseboat during the PEP 2022 competition. When he is not behind the wheel, Brian is a Director of Digital Media Services at Washington College. He has been teaching and supporting Washington College for 16 years, and is one of the forces behind the thriving IDEAWORKS Makerspace.

Currently, he is working with regional partners to develop physical space and a dynamic community that can support the growth and maturation of the marine electric-propulsion market.

Brian has also co-authored 63 Ready-to-Use Maker Projects.
