Greetings ASNE Flagship Members,

We are excited to announce that this year’s in-person Joint Student Papers Night will be held April 29, 2025, at the Boeing Virginia R&D Center, located at 3550 S Clark St, Arlington, VA on the 5th floor from 6:00 to 9:00 PM EDT.

Please join us in supporting student design project presentations from Virginia Tech (remotely from Blacksburg) and in-person from the United States Naval Academy and the Howard University Promoting Electric Propoulsion (PEP) Team discussing their electric boat.

Cost of attendance is free for students, $12.00 for members, and $18.00 for non-members, with an additional $5.00 fee if paying at the door.

Pizza and a variety of drinks will be provided.
