Copyright Release
The American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE) requires that authors and presenters of any material submitted for publication or for presentation must provide a completed copyright assignment and certification that all appropriate corporate or government approvals to release the work for publication and/or presentation have been obtained. The completed agreement must be received by ASNE before the work can be published or presented.

ASNE Copyright Transfer and Release Form and return it to ASNE prior to your presentation at Mega Rust 2016. You can fax or email the completed form to (703) 836-7491 or
publications@navalengineers.org.
ASNE offers ONE complimentary registration PER technical paper. In the event that multiple authors have written a paper being presented, authors must decide amongst themselves who will receive the complimentary registration. Additional authors wishing to attend this event must register at the regular attendee rate. ASNE offers complimentary registration for the duration of the event for moderators, panelists, and principal speakers. The author/speaker/moderator/panelist registration form is available
here. Individuals eligible for this rate will be contacted directly by their respective Committee Chairs.
